Simplified Storyline

For the gamers who don’t have a lot of time to play games but still enjoy a run around a virtual town and kill enemies every now and then. I’m going to make the game have more than one ending.

First Ending – Simple Story

The key points to the simplified story are:

* Elemental rift opens outside the prison (Okiba sub-missions started)
* Find builder survivor to rebuild part of prison that collapsed
* Take a car and go get some building materials
* Investigate the dock to find some sort of way of the island
* Find boat at docks but its broken
* Engineer needed to fix the problem
* While at the docks the mutates first appear in groups and attack the group (Paul sub-missions can be started)
* Paul catches a mutate and takes it back to the safe house to see what it is
* Alex inspects the mutates explains what happens and believes he can revert the changes but needs blood samples and DNA (Alex sub-missions can be started)
* Alex checks the island’s database and finds an engineer lived in the high street and they go and check if he survived
* Engineer is found, he goes and looks at the boat and gives a list of parts needed to fix the boat.
* The three have to search the island for the mission ten parts. Some of which are in shops, scrap yards and household items
* Along the way the user would have found survivors to customize their appearance.
* Upon fixing the boat the user will have a choice of getting the simply ending or continuing to get the full ending. The user will be asked if they would like to save and then they choose what path way to choose.
* The user will have to go find a bus bring it back to the safe house and transport the survivors and main characters to the boat.
* Upon entering the boat the user will have to repel one last attack. Depending on what the user choose to do will change the story line. If the user wanted to do the simply story then after the attack is repelled the boat is shipped off and the game is over. If the user choose to do the full storyline then upon repelling the attack the boat is blown up and the user has to make it back to the safe house.

Sub Missions

Paul’s
Pauls sub missions are not heavily story involved but as the sub missions go on he finds out what the true meaning of the nuclear power plant was from a mauled survivor who used to work at the power plant.

Alex’s
Alex’s sub mission are Alex collecting information and research on the elemental demons adults, alpha male mutates and the mutated animals whose body has accepted the transformation. Alex has to collect DNA sample of almost every type of enemy there is on the island using a special tranquilizer. Alex also has to collect DNA from Okiba because he is interested in the elemental stones.

Okiba   
Okiba sub missions are where she has to defeat the guards of a open elemental rift sneak in and assassinate / kill the elemental general to get the elemental stone. Okiba also wants revenge on the council members for killing her father. As she receives the elemental stones she finds out that the council members where planning to invade earth using the rifts and her father was the only one stopping them. After obtaining all of the elemental stones and killing all of the generals Okiba vows to protect the elemental stones on earth to prevent any one from getting the stones.

Last Story
Once all the sub missions are complete the last missions will occur. And will consist of one level for each person. Before the last mission happens a large rift appears before the safe house and all kind of elemental demons appear out of it. Okiba’s level starts with her holding off the attack from the demons. Paul’s level also has to fight enemies from a different rift from the other side of the safe house. When a certain amount of damaged is done the user will play as Alex who is told to go protect the survivors. When the user gets to the survivors with Alex the camera will pan out with Alex starring at the elemental stones left on the research table by Okiba. The next cut scene will show Alex walking out of the building behind Okiba and shoots her in the back takes the elemental stones out of her sword and absorbs the elemental stones after injecting something that looks like blood. Soon after absorbing the stones Alex starts to mutate uncontrollable. Paul sees Okiba on the floor as Alex mutates in front of the portal. Paul runs over to Okiba to notice she was still alive. Okiba tells Paul the only way to beat Alex is to absorb the Okiba’s soul. After absorbing the soul Paul also starts to mutate more into an adult soul eater.  

User Choice
This is where the user can make a choice on who to play with. The user can choose to play as mutated Alex or fight Alex with Paul.

Choose Alex
If you choose to play as Alex and you beat Paul the ending will show Alex with a wild grin and roars with wings spread. The camera shows Okiba and Paul laying on the floor covered in blood. The demons from the rift appear again the camera pans out to show thousands of demons staring. Alex roars a high pitched noise and all the demons bow to the new ruler.

Choose Paul
If the user chooses to use Paul to defeat Alex then at the end of the fight Paul absorbs the soul of Alex. Alex starts to turn back to normal as Paul screams wildly from pain and screams as the souls that have been absorb burst out him. Okiba’s soul returns to her and close up as she grasps for breath again. The camera will then start to fade as Paul continues to lose control and when the camera is completely black the user will hear a small explosion.

The scene then cuts to a group of people out side of a famous building where some one is talking about the explosion and how sorry they are for the lose and have a moment of silence. The camera will then shoot to Okiba who has lifted her head from the silence and walks off with her arm in a sling.
